Plymouth Beach
My friend Sarah called me yesterday and told me she was taking her (5) kids to the park in Plymouth which is right on the beach. She asked if Stefan and I wanted to join her and of course we did! The kids were having to much fun playing in the sand and water to even think about the playground! We all had a nice afternoon and enjoyed the nice weather. It is a blessing to have friends to do things with.

Enjoying the beauty from others' labor
We were pretty excited to see a whole row of daffodils come up in our yard. I guess the owners of our house planted these last year, and we are certainly enjoying them this year! I have also noticed that there are tulip buds all around the front and sides of our house that haven't yet bloomed. I can't wait for those! It sure is nice to have flowers---especially when we didn't do the work:-)

Newport, Rhode Island
We took our first family outing to explore the area. We drove to Newport, RI, a little less than an hour away, and had an enjoyable day seeing the beauty of the ocean and learning about the history of the town. It is a quaint little town and one we will definitely want to visit again.

Spring Walk
Well, almost Spring. It was a bit chilly outside, but the bright sun made it feel a little warmer. Stefan and I enjoyed our little walk up our street. It was his first time to sit in his stroller without the carseat carrier part. What a big boy! I think he loved the new view! We also got to meet one of our neighbors so that was nice too! We are both looking forward to the warmer weather so that we can do this more often!
We miss Auntie Donna

Now THIS is fun!!!!
Saturday night we were at some friends from church for dinner. They gave us this Jumperoo. It has been used by multiple children before Stefan, but after throwing it in the wash and some clorox we were good to go! Stefan absolutely LOVES it! He can bounce and turn around to his heart's content. This morning he was squealing and cooing along with the bounce. You'll just have to imagine the sounds by looking at his face! Pretty cute! Thank you, Johnsons--he's having a blast!
