Last week Brian received an official letter and a gift from Dr. Steve Hankins, Dean of the seminary at BJU, congratulating him on being the "Outstanding Master's Student in Bible and Theology." I'm very proud of him for working so hard and making such good grades in his Master of Arts in Bible degree.

Congratulations, Brian! I am sooo proud of you! It is very exciting. I just wish you could have received it in person. I heard from very reliable sources that there was no competition. Your hard work is evident.
Brian, we are really proud of you. I know that it wasn't the easiest degree you ever got--dating, getting married, having a baby, moving,etc... So you more than earned the honor.
Brian, I swell with simultaneous pride and humble gratitude. Adding to Mom's list of things you were juggling while working for that degree had to have been trying not to do anything that would dampen the enthusiasm of a super sensitive prospective father-in-law, toward his relinquishing to you, of his baby. I would gladly do it a thousand times over. No one deserved that award more than you. Congratulations! Dad Bixby
