One more video...

This is for those of you interested in how we got the piano up! We were so thankful for the men in our church that made it possible to move it.

That is completely amazing! How long did it take? I loved the comment: "What? We don't get to go up another flight of stairs?" LOL!

Once we got the piano to the apartment, it took about 1.5 houra to get it up the 2 flights of stairs. The majority of the time was dealing with turning the piano around the tight squeezes at the tops of each stairway.

The amazing thing about the stair lifter is that it only needed about 2" of step to grab and hold on while the wheels were moved up. In other words, about 1000lbs of piano was held by the bottom corner of the dolly on the very edge of the stair each time it went up a step. But Mark had everything under control and we were safe.

Wow!! We were very impressed by the cool machine (I think Dave would have liked to have been there for that!). So glad it arrived safe and sound. I would imagine that was a very long hour and a half for you who were waiting and watching! :-)

We watched it three times just to listen to the New England accent! That's great! We don't hear much of that down here in the South.
