Today we went to the zoo in Madison, WI. It is only about an hour and a half away and is free so it has been on our radar to do sometime this summer. It was such a fun, family day and we were so glad we went. This was Stefan's very first time at a zoo and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Olivia wasn't too impressed with it, but she was sweet about it;-) Stefan loved hearing the tiger roar. He got a big kick out of the silly, loud monkeys, too! I think he could have stayed and watched the prairie dogs for forever. They were quite interesting to watch for us, too. They are social creatures and we enjoyed watching them play with each other and go in and out of the their holes in the ground. Stefan also got to play on the playground and ride the carousel at the zoo. It was such a fun day.

Looks like loads of fun! So glad you got to go spend the day together as a fam. What CUTE kids! ;) Stefan looks like he was about ready to climb in with that tiger, but looking at the size comparison between the two, I think it's a pretty good thing he didn't.

We went to the zoo on Saturday, too...but unfortunately not the same one as you! The zoo is such a fun place for a 2-year-old, isn't it? (Which makes it lots of fun for the parents, too!)

Love the pics! Looks like you all had a ball. We're supposed to go to the Wichita Zoo sometime this week or next with Jenny and the kids...looking forward to it! BTW--great double stroller! What brand is it, and where did you end up getting it?
